This glossary or dictionary is but a small introduction to the vast scope of the Gnostic Teachings. The knowledge given in the writings of Samael Aun Weor ranges across the whole of human experience and therefore draws on the world's great treasure of language and mystical expression; what cannot be expressed accurately in one language or religious context may find its perfect meaning in another tongue or theology. | Elohai | Elohai or Eloha is a singular feminine word that refers to Ima, the Divine Mother ‘IO” (Iod/He or He/Iod), the Fiery Serpent of our Magical Powers. Therefore, the Name Elohim used for God in scripture should be translated as Gods and Goddesses since “IM” in the form of the Hebrew word is a masculine plural of a word that is feminine in the singular (Elohai or Eloha). |
